IP Certification requires completion of either the Intuitive Performance™ or Intuitive Character™ Training programs. Certification is good for 2 years. Re-certification requires completing a minimum of 2 hours of additional training. |

IP Certification™ is a two-step process. Once an organization's general workforce completes the 1.5 hour condensed version training and management completes 12 additional 15 minute modules an organization becomes IP Certified™. IP Certification is good for 2 years.
Organizations choosing to: (1) integrate specific components of IP training into their formal performance reviews (2) formally integrate IP training into new hire orientation programming (3) require their general workforce to receive a minimum of 1 hr. of IP training per year/management 2 hrs. per year (4) comply with Intuitive Culture Audits become IP/IC Certified™. IP/IC Certification is earned on an annual basis. |
