Intuitive Performance™ (IP) Certified
Organizations earn IP Certification once their general workforce has completed the Condensed Version™ (CV) Training and management has completed the full Intuitive Performance™ (IP) Training. Certification is renewed every two years by the general workforce repeating the CV Training and management completing a 2-hour review course.
Individuals obtain certification by completing either the Intuitive Performance™ (IP) or Intuitive Character™ (IC) Training programs.

Intuitive Culture™ (IC) Certified
Organizations earn IP/IC (Intuitive Culture™) Certification by formally integrating Intuitive Performance™ (IP) Training into new hire orientation, continuing professional education requirements and employee performance reviews.
Companies choosing to IP/IC Certify must comply with Intuitive Culture™ (IC) audits.
